Ayeo
A governance assistant for boards that runs fully offline. It reads your board's own documents in the right order of authority, from legislation down to minutes, so trustees get answers they can rely on.

I'm Nico Landman, a corporate governance specialist and innovation partner. For more than 35 years I've worked on the problems that quietly cost boards and businesses the most, and I build tools that fix them.

Trusted by members
For twelve years, medical aid members have voted on whether I should keep representing them on their Board of Trustees. They’ve elected me repeatedly, and I’m serving my fourth term now. That kind of trust only lasts if you keep earning it, and it’s the standard I hold myself to with every MarLan client.

What I do
Every organisation has a problem everyone knows about and nobody wants to touch. It might be governance documents that contradict each other, paperwork that eats up whole days, or a process that only works because one person remembers how. I sit down with you, work out what's really going on, and build something that solves it. I stay until your people are using it.
Clear board processes, sound documents and decisions you can stand behind.
Practical AI and automation that saves time and money from day one.
I see the work through until it runs on its own.

A small Windows desktop app that keeps your files in order and searches inside your documents for the words you need, so you find the right file in seconds instead of opening them one by one.

A simple Windows app that saves online videos to your computer so you can watch them later, even offline.

A student support directory that puts trusted tutors, verified accommodation and career help in one place. Students use it free of charge.

Speaking
AI is already making its way into the work boards oversee, often before anyone has decided who is accountable for it. In this talk I show directors what good oversight of AI looks like, which questions to ask management, and how to keep the board in control without slowing the business down.

Discretion
Boards are expected to be on top of things, and asking for help is something most would rather keep quiet. I understand that. I work confidentially, I never name the boards I help, and Ayeo keeps your documents on your own computers, offline.
Tell me what's costing you time, money or sleep. We'll have an honest, private conversation about whether I can help.
